Welcome to Jetflix (accessible via https://www.g4ce.in and its associated paths, referred to as 'Jetflix', 'we', 'our', or 'the platform'). These Terms of Service ('Terms') form a legally binding agreement between you ('User', 'you', or 'your') and the operators of Jetflix.

By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or otherwise utilizing any aspect of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our associated privacy practices. Jetflix is an entertainment discovery directory and catalog explorer. The platform is engineered to assist film and television enthusiasts in identifying trending titles, exploring detailed synopses, examining cast and crew credits, analyzing critic and audience ratings, and organizing personalized watchlists.

Jetflix does not host, upload, store, transcode, or distribute any video files, film files, television episodes, audio recordings, or copyrighted media streams on its servers. No video media resides on or is transmitted from Jetflix infrastructure.

Any video trailers or promotional teasers rendered on the platform are embedded directly from third-party services (such as official YouTube player embeds) provided by original studios, creators, or authorized distributors in accordance with their respective public embed APIs.

Jetflix utilizes the TMDb API (The Movie Database) to fetch public metadata, including movie and television titles, release years, plot summaries, genres, actor and director credits, promotional poster artwork, backdrop banners, and community ratings.

This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb. All metadata and artwork retrieved via the TMDb API remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, contributors, and copyright holders.

While we make reasonable efforts to display current and accurate media information, Jetflix cannot warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of third-party catalog data provided by external APIs.

The Jetflix frontend source code, custom design system, UI components, typography pairings, color palettes, responsive layouts, graphics, branding, and original platform copy are the proprietary property of Jetflix and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

References to third-party streaming services, production companies, or networks (including but not limited to Netflix, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO, Paramount+, and TMDb) are made strictly for informational, referential, and editorial indexing purposes under fair use doctrine.

Jetflix is an independent project and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Netflix, Inc., TMDb, or any major movie and television studio.

You agree to use Jetflix solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial discovery.

Jetflix is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not require users to create an account, register an email address, or provide any personally identifiable information (PII) to explore titles or curate lists.

Features such as 'My List' (saved watchlist), 'Recently Viewed', and UI display preferences utilize your browser's native Web Storage (localStorage). This data remains strictly within your browser environment on your personal device and is not synchronized to an external Jetflix user database.

You can clear your watchlist and preferences at any time by clearing your browser cache, removing site data for our domain, or using the in-app removal options.

The platform may contain links, embeds, or referrals to external third-party websites, including official studio websites, streaming providers, TMDb, YouTube, or advertiser networks.

Jetflix does not control, supervise, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy notices of every external site you visit.

The inclusion of any external link does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or recommendation by Jetflix.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JETFLIX AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES, FEATURES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

JETFLIX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF METADATA.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM BUGS, GLITCHES, VIRUSES, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Because Jetflix does not host, store, or stream video content, any alleged infringement regarding actual video files should be directed to the third-party hosting service or distributor responsible for hosting the material.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that any promotional metadata or content on Jetflix infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification with the following particulars:

We reserve the right to alter, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature, endpoint, or section of Jetflix at our sole discretion without prior notice.

We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When updates occur, the 'Last Revised' indicator on this document will be amended accordingly. Your continued use of Jetflix after changes are posted constitutes binding agreement to the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from or related to the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable by an authoritative court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
